At ImpactPlus Consulting, we aim to provide exceptional value through the Speak to Lead program. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed for program cancellations.

1. Program Cancellation by Impact Plus Consulting

In the unlikely event that ImpactPlus Consulting cancels the Speak to Lead program, a full refund will be issued to all participants who have signed up.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation announcement.

• Participants will be notified via email with details regarding the refund process.

2. Participant Cancellation Policy

If a participant decides to cancel their enrollment in the Speak to Lead program, the following refund terms will apply based on the timing of the cancellation:

a. Cancellation Within the First 2 Weeks

• A refund will be issued, less an administration fee of 20% of the program fee or a minimum of $50, whichever is greater.

b. Cancellation Within the 2nd to 4th Week

• Participants who cancel within the 2nd to 4th weeks of the program will receive a 50% refund of the total program fee.

c. Cancellation After 4 Weeks

• Participants who cancel after the 4th week of the program will receive a 30% refund of the total program fee.

Additional Terms

• Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

• No Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for participants who fail to attend sessions without prior notification.
