When I ask leaders what's preventing their organization or business from achieving their desired result, three common challenges come up: 

• unclear vision or direction, or 

• lack of alignment or dissatisfied stakeholders (e.g. board, team, customers, or community), or

• delays with executing plans successfully or moving projects along due to limited resources or lack of buy-in with the right stakeholders.

I believe the strategy-execution gap lies in the HOW - of getting the right people together through a collaborative process to solve for the desired result or outcome.

So, I co-founded Impact Plus Consulting in 2021 with Amarachi Kejeh to take a human-centered design approach to strategy and stakeholder engagement. This means we are client-focused, people-centered, and purpose-led to deliver long-lasting impact even after an engagement with us.

As a purpose-led consulting firm, we believe that organizations already deliver some measure of impact. Our goal is to partner with impact-driven leaders and organizations to take that impact to the next level. That’s why we are called Impact Plus Consulting.
